Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: **unwashed**, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in resellable condition (no stains, odors, or damage).

How to start a return
Contact us at wrsolutionsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your **original payment method** within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process the refund.  
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective or wrong item. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at wrsolutionsllc@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on items marked **Final sale** or on gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us at wrsolutionsllc@gmail.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply (unwashed, unused, with tags, original packaging, receipt or proof of purchase).
